Job description

The Office Manager keeps our London branch running smoothly, working in close coordination with the director. You will oversee day to day office operations, support the wider team, and help keep our same-day service organised and on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership and variety.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day running of the London office in coordination with the director
  • Support administration, scheduling and supplier coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and keep documentation organised
  • Act as a point of contact for the team and visiting clients

Qualification and requirement

  • Proven experience in an office management or senior administration role
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams

Skills required

  • Organisation and planning
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office and general IT confidence
  • Problem solving under time pressure

Education required

  • No formal qualification required
  • Relevant administration or business experience preferred
