Duties:
The Office Manager will oversee the business in co-ordination with our director. S/he will be responsible to manage the office budget, deal with staff issues and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures. The office manager will handle Backoffice procedures by dealing with correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records. The post holder needs to ensure that the business run smoothly, while also enabling fellow employees to succeed in their roles. The vital part of the job will be communicating with head office about the implications of strategy for business success.

Duties:
The Transport Co-ordinators will manage all aspects of shipping delivery and routes to ensure the shipment is carried out in accordance with the company guideline fulfilling the customer requirements. She/he will be communicating with clients about project, event or campaign expectations and goals. The post holder must answer customer inquiries, inform customers of any delays in the delivery schedule and should be able to resolve customer complaints. The Transport Co-ordinator will process customer orders and forward requisition documentation to clients and distribution personnel, formulates delivery loads, vehicle schedules and routes to be followed by delivery staff, maintain records regarding the movement and location of freight, containers and staff. The post holder will report to the London branch office manager.
Skills & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
Excellent organisational abilities to plan and coordinate transportation activities, manage schedules, and track shipments.
Proficiency in prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and optimise transportation routes.
Collaboration with clients, drivers and other team members is a common aspect of transportation coordination.
Familiarity with transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements to ensure that all operations adhere to legal standards.
